Position Overview

Noon & Associates CPAs is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support our accounting team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth workflow, exceptional client service, and efficient coordination of tax and accounting processes.

As a full-service CPA firm providing tax preparation, accounting, and advisory services to individuals and businesses, we value professionalism, responsiveness, and strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, client communication, and workflow coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering a high level of customer service
  • Coordinate tax return processes, including document collection, assignment, delivery to client, tracking, and deadlines
  • Oversee accounts receivable, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping support
  • Maintain and organize client records, files, and internal systems
  • Support partners and accounting staff with administrative and operational needs
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining client relationships
  • Coordinate internal processes to ensure efficiency during peak tax seasons
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and general administrative functions

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative, or accounting support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage sensitive financial information with confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a CPA firm, accounting firm, or financial services environment
  • Familiarity with tax workflows, bookkeeping, or accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.)
  • Experience managing billing, receivables, or client accounts
  • Background supporting professional services teams
